Order Delivery Policy

Orders are prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. This processing period excludes weekends and recognized public holidays.

After shipment, the expected delivery time is 5–12 business days. The estimated total time from placing an order to receiving it is approximately 6–15 business days.

Delivery may take longer during peak seasons or due to customs inspections, transportation interruptions, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking information will be issued when your package is dispatched. Carrier systems may require up to 48 hours to display the first update.
